1. Overview

3. Matters Needing Attention
(1) The test equipment must be placed in a room that is dry and free of direct sunlight.
(2) The equipment installation office must be equipped with an air source and a single-phase 220V AC power supply for use.
(3) When the device is connected to the power supply, it must be grounded reliably to prevent electric shock.
(4) During the free fall of the weight, the sample may wrap around the weight clamp. In this case, immediately press the “Stop” button or turn off the power to avoid burning the motor.
(5) During the test, a green rubber pad or other cushion should be placed under the weight to prevent the weight from falling and damaging the base of the device.
(6) When using a heavy hammer to lock the sample, it is necessary to use appropriate force. It should not be too tight or too loose, so as not to affect the test results.
(7) After each test, clean the test equipment in time to keep the equipment clean and dry.
